If the liquor board, public health board, & police visits businesses that refuse vaccine passports, mandates, & refuse to fire their unvaccinated staff, then it's recommended to have legal assistance on speed-dial. All legal governmental entities must present badge/ID and contact number for superiors upon every visit.
This act bans penalizing any private or government employer that chooses not to enforce any vaccine mandate levied by a governmental agency. This includes but is not limited to vaccine passports, social credit systems, mandatory mask wearing, and lockdowns. Any private or governmental entity choosing to comply with these policies must allow for medical, religious, and philosophical exemptions with no repercussions to those seeking them, as well as assuming full liability should any related injuries occur from these policies. This act applies to executive orders, states of emergency, and laws passed by the legislature.
